These code snippet can be used to download files directly to Google Drive.
Create a Google Form to fetch the file url.
Initialize a spreadsheet for the same.
Navigate to Tools -> Script editor.
copy ans save the codes.
Now navigate to Resources -> Current Project Triggers
Selcet the main funtion to RUN from the dropdown [ in this case 'formResponses' ].
Select the Events as 'From spreadsheet' and 'On form submit'.
Save and authorize the script.
