Every developer using this plugin has to manually regenerate an access token roughly 1 to 2 times per day, edit a JSON file, and fully quit and reopen Claude Code.

That is the single biggest friction point in the plugin today, and it hits every user on every install.

Proposed Solution

Claude Code has a config field built for exactly this case: headersHelper. Instead of a static header value, you give it a command. Claude Code runs it and merges the JSON it prints into the connection headers.

headersHelper doesn't work for us as is, Claude Code strips any env var with "SECRET" in the name before running a plugin's headersHelper, so PAYPAL_CLIENT_SECRET never reaches the script and every connection 401s.
