Feature request: Notifications

Any plans on adding a notifications call? Would be nice to be able to get a list of all messages, showing the timestamp, who the message was from, the message body, and a link & title for the document.

Would adding getRecentMessages method be sufficient? Would you be able to test it if added to the library?

This is now covered in v1.4.0. You can use getRecentMessages to get messages for a thread (timestamp, author, body) and the thread endpoints (getThreadV2, getThreadsV2) to get the document link and title.

Example:

// Get thread info (title, link)
const thread = await client.threads.getThreadV2({ id: 'threadId' });

// Get messages for that thread
const messages = await client.messages.getRecentMessages({ threadId: 'threadId' });

To get messages across multiple documents, combine with client.users.getCurrentUserThreads({}) to list your threads first.
