when usingto-be-continuous/robotframework in gitlab pipeline using default ppodgorsek/robot-framework docker image, rflint is missing

easy fix rflint in python3.12 by using pull request build boakley/robotframework-lint#96 and install it in docker image

someone could help to-be-continuous/robotframework to switch to robocop https://github.com/MarketSquare/robotframework-robocop and embed it in this default docker image used by to-be-continuous/robotframework

boakley/robotframework-lint is a stalled project that doesn't take into account a fixing pull request for python3.12 version used by ppodgorsek/robot-framework, image used by default in to-be-continuous/robotframework
also i tried robocop instead of rflint, and robocop is a good alternative since it outputs more roboframework issues
#359 was closed, but there's no way to change docker image for test: step for linting in to-be-continuous/robotframework
