Point the module docs at the npm packages - #31

The module docs still told readers to `deno add jsr:@probitas/<name>`, linked related packages on JSR (including @probitas/cli and @probitas/logger, which no longer exist) and the old probitas-client repository. The documentation site renders these docs on its API pages, above its own `npm install` instructions, so the packages read as JSR-first. Installation now uses `npm install @probitas-test/<name>`, package links go to npm under the npm names, the CLI row points at probitas itself, and repository links at probitas-packages.
