List the reporters that exist; name the 1.x Deno KV client correctly - #120

…eno KV name `probitas run --help` offered the dot and tap reporters, which no longer exist; only list and json do. MIGRATION.md called the removed 1.x Deno KV client `client.denoKv`, but 1.x exposed it as `client.deno_kv`, which is what users will search their scenarios for.
