Include the normalized debian branch (e.g. qcom/ubuntu/resolute) as pkg_repo_branch in the provenance.json constructed by the persistance job. This field is already available via prepare-release-source's branch_ref output and is added to both the prebuilt_binary and source package provenance blocks.
