- Fix the remaining missing examples in docstrings

Also a few more undocumented methods if you want to fix them:
-
circuit_builder.pybind.cc: alloc_bits, x, z, neg, neg_if, push_condition, pop_condition, cx, swap, debug_print, reset, hmr, multi_controlled_x (and note num_free_qubits has the copy-pasted docstring from max_qubits). -
interactive_simulator.pybind.cc: use_same_registers_as, read_across_shots, read_within_shot, write_within_shot.
