The SmallRye docs restructured their URL scheme. Update 5 blog posts (6 links) to use the current paths. The 6th dead link (smallrye-graphql field-visibility) is in generated docs maintained upstream. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>

The SmallRye docs restructured their URL scheme. This does mean using
latesturls but I think that's ok, because pinned ones will become useless quickly.
