- Move practice test questions to a dedicated `practiceTestQuestions` table. - Implement Dexie version 17 migration to migrate existing questions and FRQ status. - Update API to use `recordPracticeTest` and new `updatePracticeTestQuestion`. - Remove `TermProgressHistory` and unused Leitner system tracking. - Update tests to reflect schema and API changes.

This PR refactors the practice test storage logic to align with the backend GraphQL API changes. Questions are now stored in a separate
practiceTestQuestionstable with sequential IDs and position tracking. The API has been updated to support updating individual questions (especially for FRQ manual correction) while maintaining accurate parent test and term progress counts. Additionally, obsolete Leitner system properties and the progress history table have been removed from the schema and logic.PR created automatically by Jules for task 6922283754071057418 started by @ehanahamed
