[iOS][Fabric] Multiline TextInput caret becomes very large after deleting text inserted via dictation

Description

On iOS with the New Architecture, when text is inserted into a multiline TextInput using keyboard dictation (mic) and that text is then deleted, the caret renders at a much larger height than the font size.

Steps to reproduce

1. Render a multiline TextInput (fontSize 14, lineHeight 20).
2. Focus it on a real iOS device and tap the keyboard mic icon.
3. Dictate a sentence so it is inserted.
4. Delete all the dictated text.
5. Observe the caret is abnormally tall.

Stacktrace or Logs

No crash or stacktrace. This is a visual bug only.

No errors or warnings appear in the Metro logs or the Xcode console when the issue occurs. The app keeps running normally, and only the caret (cursor) renders at an abnormally large height.

Steps where it happens: dictate text via the keyboard mic, then delete the dictated text. A screenshots is attached in the description.
