Update OAuth redirect URI port

Summary

Updated OAuth 2.0 redirect URI port in analyze-x.ts from 3000 to 9876 to match the actual callback port used by the application. Also created two new tasks in beads:

• t2p-model1: Update default Anthropic model to claude-sonnet-4-5-20250514
• t2p-perf4: Replace busy-wait spin lock with async-friendly wait in file-system.ts
