Adds 3 new agents: Sentinel (security reviewer), Aria (accessibility reviewer), and Upkeep (dependency maintenance). Wired into all 5 platforms (Claude, Cursor, Gemini, Copilot, Antigravity). Enhanced Sage with CHANGELOG/release notes and contributor docs capabilities.
