akka-protobuf broken in sbt community build

This is a side effect of akka/akka-core#26233, which added "--ignore-source-errors" to the javadoc flags for akka-protobuf. But the flag does not exist on JDK8u172, which is used by the sbt community build.

Updated to JDK 1.8.0_202, the flag is still not recognized.

What is the command that fails due to --ignore-source-errors? sbt akka-protobuf/publishLocal works for me with jdk8 without #26642?

Ah but that is ofcourse because we're still on 1.2.8, while 1.3.0 contains sbt/zinc#625 😄.

#26642 is now merged, I'd be curious to hear if that indeed fixes the sbt 1.3.0 community build.
