Qtfred misc ship editor fixes

Fixes a whole host of things in QtFRED

• Ship editor docking/undocking not working at all
• Ship editor checkboxes not being properly tri-state
• Ship editor hotkeys not saving/loading
• Ship editor flags all/none buttons not updating ui
• CTD when setting reinforcement flag on a player ship
• Prop editor flag checkboxes not being properly tri-state
• Context bar not always surfacing the editor buttons you would expect in multi edit mode for same object types
• Fix a CTD for object orientation editor if a prop was in the scene
• Allow pointing objects to props and jump nodes in the object orientation editor
