PR Summary
The following pull request interfaces scqubits with Qiskit metal for modeling the transmon qubit described by a Hamiltonian in the charge basis from Koch et al. (2007) PRA where the physics context is described. Qiskit metal class methods are used to verify wavefunction properties of orthonormality, and show anharmonicity and dephasing time. The scqubits is used to visualize the matrix elements of the operator used in Qiskit metal with text representation of each entry as this visualization feature is readily usable.
