[BUG] - Sluggish UI performance and high CPU load.

The CPU usage is unusually high, just by having the Stash TV tab active (No scene is paying). The UI feels pretty sluggish too, as all animations seem to run at a pretty low refresh rate. The play head is lagging behind the mouse cursor (Without seeking).
