- Added Ruby 3.5.0-preview1 and 4.0.0-preview2 to the CI matrix, excluding incompatible Rails versions for each. - Upgraded `actions/checkout` from v4 to v6 in all workflows for better performance and new features. - Updated `github/codeql-action/upload-sarif` to v4 in the RuboCop workflow for improved functionality.
