Changes:
- Promotes “Logging & Debugging” to a section-level heading using
-underlining (consistent with other top-level sections like “Fields” and “Configuration”). - Updates the “Enabling Debug Output”, “Per-Component Debug Levels”, and “Typical Workflow” headings to use consistent subheading markup (
~underlining).
