Models: EDSR, ESPCN,ESRGAN, LapSrn, FSRCNN

Our Action space contains not deep learning methonds but also contain traditional image enhacing methods such as increase / decrease image brightness using factor of 0.08. Also it contain increasing shapness by 0.08 factor .
