In the Ai tab, pressing Enter while the agent was working put the message in a queue that only went out when the turn ended. A QC turn runs for hours. Logan's "i plugged in the customers two drives as well." waited 50 minutes in DESKTOP-VRT0DTD's queue until I sent it by hand. The ⚡ Send now button already existed, but Enter queued.

• Enter steers while the agent works. The agent reads the message after its current step: the broker sends turn/steer, or starts a turn if the old one has ended. The queue button still holds a message for after the turn, and the composer hint says which does what.
• Send now on queued messages. Each row in the queue strip gets a ⚡ button. It takes the message out of the queue (take_back) and sends its text and pictures as a steer, so it can't also go out later.
• No more silent queueing. If a plain send finds the session busy, it steers instead of queueing.

No broker change. A steer already works whether or not a turn is running.

Test plan

• cargo test -p displays --lib --no-default-features --features "tokio,wasm-plugins,native-telemetry" -- agent_chat ai_playground: 74 passed.
  • Renamed test: Enter while busy now sends a steer.
  • New test: a queued message offers Remove, Back to the composer, and Send now.
• Clippy is clean on the changed lines.
• After the client release: with a session running, Enter shows up in the transcript right away, and ⚡ on a queued message sends it.

This ships with the next MasterTech client release.
