Resave of the dx7filt sketch with the latest knob values from the live patch. Adds the i1ic255 / i1iv6in8 setup lines, normalizes the per-osc amp/feedback slot encoding to omit unused fields, and updates the global filter/echo block to match the current patch's defaults.
