Fix broken dependency update: mochify packages

Background

Mochify drivers have the mochify package as peer dependency. That means, when a new major of mochify is released if Dependabot tries to update just one of them at a time the update process is going to fail

Solution

Set a group for `@mochify/*" in Dependabot settings, so it bundles them together in a single PR.

This PR is also increasing the Dependabot PR limit so it wouldn't end up with a backlog of updates without PRs that can mask potential problems such as this in the future.

How to verify

I tested this in my fork and it created a single PR as YasharF#9
