DSH Web 与官方 Desktop 的插件页在壁纸上显示时，标题、分组说明及配置内容缺少稳定底色。本次为这些局部区域铺不透明底板，保留组间壁纸、宿主布局及 hover / 焦点反馈，并沿用现有「功能面板不透明」开关。
提交前还发现当前 main 再次包含 #87 的两处误隐藏渐隐滚动内容规则，故恢复 PR #89 的最小源码修复与浏览器回归，避免从 main 打包时回退正式 1.0.29 / 1.0.30 中已经修好的长内容抖动。

验证：
/bg-clear后消失 #87 回归在修复前失败，修复后背景与插件用例 22/22 通过。仅 beauticode-dsh@1.0.30 已发布 npm，latest 已更新；远程 tarball、49 个文件摘要与实测正式包一致。正式包以 1.0.29 发布产物叠加修复，保留 #86 / #87；本次没有发布聚合包。发布核验与回滚说明位于 docs/releases/beauticode-dsh-1.0.30/，ADR 和验收记录同步更新。
