Summary

• Machine Requirements: each platform instance needs at least 2 vCPUs and 4 GB of memory, doubled to 4 vCPUs and 8 GB above 100k targets (replaces the previous 4 CPUs / 8 GB minimum). Numbers confirmed by the head of engineering.
• Document that the platform image is published for both amd64 and arm64.
• Mention the sizing in Step 0 (prerequisites) of the on-prem install guide, linking to Machine Requirements.
