Documents running an experiment again while a run of it is in progress, and stopping one of several runs.

• use-steadybit/experiments/run.md: new sections Stop a Run (the Stop button with the remaining time, the list of runs when several are in progress, Stop run on a run's page, the count on the experiment list and service cards) and Run an Experiment Again (Run experiment again, with variables override or sample values; another experiment running still asks; both runs attack the same targets). The Run View intro now names the Stop button instead of the run icon.
• use-steadybit/experiments/schedule/README.md: Run in Parallel with the two schedule toggles, "Run Experiments in parallel" and the new "Run while this experiment is running", and their API fields allowParallel and allowRunningAgain.
• integrate-with-steadybit/api/api.md: running a running experiment returns the run in progress; new Example: Run an Experiment Again with allowRunningAgain=true and an Idempotency-Key, the 400 without a key, the 422 while another experiment runs, and the save-and-run endpoints.
• Five new screenshots from a local platform running the platform branch.

Merge with the platform release that ships steadybit/platform#2157. docs_lint.py --base origin/main reports no new findings.
