Adds a C++17 calculator for Flex 2.6.4 and Bison 3.8+, with a reentrant scanner, RAII cleanup, typed token constructors, variant semantic values, locations, and detailed errors with LAC. Includes standalone Make/CMake builds, root CMake integration, bilingual example documentation, and upstream stable-version references.
Adds GitHub Actions CI for pushes and pull requests, with two Ubuntu 24.04 jobs covering Make and CMake, plus manual dispatch. Each job builds the example and runs 12 black-box regression cases checking outputs, exit codes, and diagnostics.
Validation: local Make and standalone CMake builds passed with Flex 2.6.4 and Bison 3.8.2; all 12 regression cases passed for both executables. The initial CI run passed both build methods on Ubuntu 22.04 and 24.04 before limiting the matrix to Ubuntu 24.04.
