- Split ambiguous trailing-closure overload clusters into separate extension blocks so each scope carries at most one closure overload per base name (swift-format AmbiguousTrailingClosureOverload). - Keep PostgreSQL-mirroring identifiers (Case, tsvector weights A-D, jsonb_ops/jsonb_path_ops) with targeted swift-format ignores. - Record deliberate opt-outs with reasons for fork-heritage existential storage, untyped-throws surface, guarded force casts, and untyped cleanup callees.
