Some new features

Hi tail,

I've implemented a few new features for redmine-cli:

• Handling Redmine api call limits: per default Redmine only returns 25 users/projects/issues. Redmine fetches now all resources by calling redmine multiple times if needed.
• Project List: there is now a call list which lists all projects with their id, shortname and name
• Ruby 1.9 compatibility in development
