Summary
Adds a "Live Performance Benchmark" section to the Dogecoin RPC documentation page, referencing the OpenChainBench independent benchmark for Tatum's Dogecoin RPC endpoint.
Tatum currently leads the benchmark at ~189ms p50, measured every 60 seconds from three regions (us-east, eu-west, Singapore). This reference is useful for developers choosing a Dogecoin RPC provider, as it gives them objective, continuously-updated latency data rather than relying on vendor claims.
