cargo-mobile2 can be build on android for use with termux by enabling the termux feature. As the termux version needs to use the termux version of gradle, which is version 9, the android templates have been adapted to work with this version.

I only tested the wry template.
The updated templates should still work with gradle 8, but i can't test this. You might want to switch to gradle 9 for other targets but i did not makethis change.
