@Kailashydv the design is excellent. I didn't think you would customize the page this much. Although the design is fabulous and I am sure you've spent great deal of time in it, we have some misunderstanding here.

There was a reason when I stated that html should not change and wanted only simple fix to current design. Yes you have not modified the html but change in css is much greater than i thought. This is not a bad thing but it breaks other notices since same css will be applied in all notices.

Yei reason le hami yeutai notice ma focus huna sakdainau. We have to design commonly for all the notices in site. Therefore, you want to make sure your design works under other couple notices that I am giving to you.

  These are now included in news_notice folder. The same thing applies to news section too and I am giving to few html for news too. You just want to make sure that same design works for all these html consistently. Similarly, It is better to remove the first notice heading.

I am sorry that I should have mentioned this before and given you these html. I naively thought you would apply simple fix and this is completely my failure to communicate.
However if you still choose to invest time in this and modify the design. I will promptly apply it.
