Its post-merge Alpha run 33823650148 completed successfully across the full quality, compatibility, security, documentation and package-build gates. The alpha publish, retention and consumer steps were skipped; no v0.54.0 Git tag or GitHub release currently exists.
The reusable OCR agent cannot pin a branch, merge commit, floating image, or alpha artifact in place of a stable ADK release.
Acceptance
- Create an immutable, signed
v0.54.0 tag pointing to the approved merged release commit.
- Publish the release artifact(s) and attestable digest/checksum metadata through the repository’s reviewed release process.
- Verify the GitHub release and tag resolve publicly and that a clean consumer can install the exact version.
- Record compatibility details needed by the OCR agent manifest: version, commit/tag, artifact digest, release date and supported Python versions.
- Do not rotate credentials, modify production deployments, or change release-tag protection to bypass the immutable-tag control.
Downstream
Unblocks the tesserix/ai-agents OCR-agent pin and its DevAI evaluation manifest. Related: document-intelligence #9 and ai-agents #27.
