To install, just host on a webserver. If you are on a Mac, you can download this project, and in the command line
cd aq-cards
python -m SimpleHTTPServer
Then go to http://0.0.0.0:8000 in your web browser.
The fonts are licensed from MyFonts, to use them you will have to pay a licensing fee (free 30-day trial available).

The title font used by Arcadia Quest cards is KLTF Litteratra, which is not available for web license. :(
