chore(deps): fix npm audit vulnerabilities

Runs npm audit fix in scripts/openapi-gen/ to address the 5 reported vulnerabilities (1 high, 3 moderate, 1 low) reported by GitHub's Dependabot on tkhq/docs's default branch.

What changed

• scripts/openapi-gen/package-lock.json — transitive dependency bumps only. No changes to package.json.

Verification

$ cd scripts/openapi-gen && npm audit
found 0 vulnerabilities

All fixes were applied via transitive resolution — no direct dependency versions were changed, so behavior of openapi-gen should be unaffected.

Replaces #691 (closed) with the commit authored under the correct identity.
