- Provide requested number of frames on the output - Use chunk size to determine the number of frames on the input - Support quantum forcing to achieve fixed buffer size

v0_3_49Output seems to work (both in the example and when plugged into tonari). Input needs more work and testing, it's probably still slightly broken.
