Hey, I'm Tom!

I'm a Senior Engineer at Shopify, on the Liquid Storefronts team. I'm also an advisor at Details (a procurement platform specifically for orthodontists), where I used to be CTO.

Here are some of the cool open-source projects I've worked on over the last few years:

  • 💾 I created Identifiable, a quick-and-easy way to add unique, random public-facing identifiers for records in your Ruby-on-Rails applications.
  • 🔑 I created Verboten Keys, a last of defense to help prevent you and your team from accidentally leaking private information via your Rails and Sinatra APIs.
