Since trezord-go is already deprecated we don't need to keep full support in trezor-user-env as well. We now may set node-bridge as the default here which lets us significantly decrease codebase complexity -> the bridge proxy can go away.
Instead of using proxy (which never fully worked by the way (see #322), we may simply adjust code of node-bridge in the build time to fit our dev needs.
