Add word echo after space

Add a setting to automatically echo previous word after a space.

Default to True.

I don't want to merge this as is, because it doesn't work as expected.

1. It breaks if cursor tracking is off.
2. It doesn't say anything when you hit enter, so you don't know what word you typed.
