[182-C4] Consensus: Provisionally assign one code point U+05C8 HEBREW POINT HEAVY SHEVA based on L2/24-274 as amended in discussion. [Ref. 1.2 in L2/25-010]

[185-C33] Consensus: Change the name of U+05C8 HEBREW POINT HEAVY SHEVA, provisionally assigned by 182-C4, and U+05C9 HEBREW POINT HEAVY DAGESH, provisionally assigned by 184-C9, to: HEBREW POINT SHEVA NA MUDGASH and HEBREW POINT DAGESH HAZAQ MUDGASH respectively. [Ref. 4.1 in L2/25-232R]

[185-C40] Consensus: UTC accepts for encoding in Unicode 18.0 the following 321 Arabic, Armenian, Bengali, Cuneiform, Devanagari, Hebrew, Kana, Khitan, Latin, Mongolian, Phonetic and other symbol characters for which code points have previously been assigned:

Commit cd21afc says “Amended name per UTC-182-C4” but that was the one with the initial provisional assignment.

Not important after merging, but slightly misleading if someone looks at the paper trail here.

Looks like the JDK 11-fetching is Cloudflare-dependent.
