- Add script to run trivvy and docker scout on an image
- Add python script to build/scan/run/measure geocoding containers
Run with `uv run scripts/container_matrix_runtime` Measures: build time, security scans, runtime on 10 addresses, distance (in meters) to verified lat/lon.
