First of all, many thanks for this library!
I started from also wanting this to be used by c++, but then also added support for the
mesonbuild system.Other changes are moving the headers to the
include/sndfilterfolder, so that it can be properly used as a library.In fact, I just used it for this project
I was hesitant of this PR cause of noticing you being reluctant on any unnecessary changes in the simple codebase (in the c++ abovely mentioned MR), but figured why not.
