[web-shared] Improve spacing, styling, and scroll behavior of trace viewer sidebar #805

This PR:

Improves error styling across the app
Polishes the AI step conversation display in the sidebar
- Not longer scrolls separately (too many scrollbars)
- Updated color of tabs to look consistent when web-shared is embedded in other UIs
