fix: refresh viem and audit dependencies

Summary

• replace the expired Viem preview with viem@2.55.10 and its compatible ox@0.14.33
• preserve primitive-only subscription key authorizations with the updated Ox signature types
• resolve the brace-expansion advisory through patched v5 resolution and a scoped readdir-glob upgrade, without forcing an incompatible major into minimatch 5

Supersedes #714 with the current published releases and a compatibility-safe audit remediation.
