Context. Wave 7 shipped /grants (program overview) and /contributors (leaderboard of merged work). Neither surfaces the projects being built with grant funding, which is the single strongest signal for the next batch of applicants. A showcase page for grant-funded work rewards recipients and closes the loop for the program.

Scope.

• New /grants/showcase route.
• Card grid: project name, one-line description, funding wave, contributor(s) (opt-in per Wave 7's opt-out list), status (live, in progress, shipped), links to code + demo.
• Filter by wave and by status.
• Data lives in src/data/grant-showcase.json with a schema entry.
• Featured strip of up to three showcase items on /grants and on Home under case studies.

Acceptance.

• /grants/showcase route added
• Opt-out entries never appear (honors src/data/contributors-optout.json)
• Filter combinations preserve URL query state
• At least three real showcase items published
• Build passes
• Lighthouse Perf/SEO stay >= 90

I would like to take on issue #132 to build the Grant Applicant Showcase page and integration strips.

Technical Implementation Plan:

Data Schema and Opt-Out Enforcement: Create src/data/grant-showcase.json with schema validation, strictly filtering out any contributors listed in src/data/contributors-optout.json prior to rendering.

Showcase Route and URL Filtering: Build src/pages/GrantShowcase.tsx under /grants/showcase with card grids and filter controls (by wave and status) that preserve state directly via URL query parameters.

Homepage and Grants Strips: Integrate a featured 3-item showcase strip into src/pages/Grants.tsx and src/pages/Home.tsx (or CaseStudiesStrip component).

Validation and Quality: Populate initial real items, verify build completion, and run Lighthouse audits to ensure Performance and SEO scores remain >= 90.
