The README still linked to the old developer portal and showed its screens. Point the two OAuth links at console.x.com and replace the app-setup and callback images with the current console screens.
Replace the console screenshots with the same views, with a red outline on the Set up button and on the Callback URI / Redirect URL field.
Replace the outlined setup and callback images with the same views after the app names were blurred.
Replace the setup and callback images with the higher-resolution captures. App name, id, and handle stay blurred, and the red outlines stay on Set up and on the callback field.

The OAuth 2.0 section of the README still linked to the old developer portal and showed the old portal screens.
This change points those two links at the X Developer Console and replaces the two screenshots:
assets/setup.pngshows the app page, on the Keys & Tokens tab, with Set up next to User authentication settings.assets/callback.pngshows Authentication settings, with Callback URI / Redirect URL set tohttp://localhost:8080/callback.Step 2 now matches those screens. Go to Apps and open the app. On the Keys & Tokens tab, click Set up. If the app is already set up, use the Settings button on the app page. Under App info, set the callback to the value that xurl uses.
The client-forbidden steps are unchanged. Those steps are Apps, Manage apps, Move to package, Pay-per-use, and Production. We did not verify the equivalent path in the new console. Those steps may need a follow-up.
