This pull request aims to allow provisioning of any existing OS Template in XenServer using docker-machine. If xenserver-os-template is specified, it clones the template and configures SSH key using a generic config drive. The existing OS template should have cloud-init installed for this to work. A version using xscontainer plugin is being developed for the same functionality to work with CoreOS.
