Hello,
In permission systems, it's very easy to target the player instead of the vehicle, leading to situations like this.

The goal of this PR is to block this. I made it compatible with SAM because otherwise my system wouldn't work.

Being able to pick-up seats that are not solid and parented to a vehicle is not normal, are you able to tell which addon or gamemode makes that possible?

On my local server, I use the basic DarkRP.

For my permissions system, I use SAM.
My server is linked to this workshop

The problem stems from VCMOD, which modifies player collision.

This PR #282 will resolve the issue.
