- test both default (grub) and EFI setup (not syslinux, because the downloaded ISO does not support syslinux)
- extract ISO download into fixture, so it is done only once
- fix the MBR x86 boot code assert
- fix logging capture more: the previous attempt worked only for one grml2usb invocation
Use pytests caplog and completely disable grml2usb's configuration of logging. Hopefully this provides better log capture.
