Also move every React Aria package and tailwindcss-react-aria-components into the pnpm catalog, and update @adobe/react-spectrum so the lockfile has a single react-aria-components.

Updates React Aria Components from 1.17 to 1.22, stacked on #271 (part of #269). The new Quanta controls in the next PR build on the 1.22 APIs.
